Heidi M. Silton, partner and co-chair of Lockridge Grindal Nauen PLLP’s antitrust department, has represented plaintiffs in antitrust class actions for nearly 30 years. As a nationally recognized leader in the antitrust community, Silton is regularly sought out by colleagues and businesses to address complex antitrust issues.

Silton’s approach to litigation centers on thorough preparation, creative problem-solving, and fierce commitment to achieving optimal outcomes for clients. She is known for her ability to synthesize large amounts of evidence into compelling narratives for courts and juries, her quick thinking under pressure, and her meticulous attention to detail while managing multiple complex cases simultaneously.

Currently, Silton serves as co-lead counsel in numerous high-profile antitrust cases, including In Re: GoodRx and Pharmacy Benefit Manager Antitrust Litigation in Rhode Island, In re Granulated Sugar Antitrust Litigation in Minnesota, In re Eyewear Antitrust Litigation in New York, and several other multidistrict litigations spanning industries from frozen potato products to concrete additives. She also serves on the plaintiffs’ steering committee for end payor plaintiffs in In re Generic Pharmaceuticals Pricing Antitrust Litigation.

Silton is past president of the Committee to Support the Antitrust Laws and serves as an advisory board member of the American Antitrust Institute. She previously chaired the Minnesota State Bar Association Antitrust Law Section. In 2024, she received the American Antitrust Institute’s Hollis Salzman Memorial Leadership Award, given annually to one antitrust practitioner nationwide for demonstrated leadership and integrity.

Within Lockridge Grindal Nauen, Silton serves on the firm’s elected executive committee and participates in associate development and artificial intelligence committees. She has worked extensively on firm training and development initiatives.

Silton maintains a strong commitment to mentoring newer lawyers and has worked with Twin Cities Diversity in Practice on their membership and engagement committee. She regularly speaks on diversity issues at professional conferences and encourages law clerks and associates, particularly from underrepresented groups, to collaborate on writing projects that help establish their professional reputations.
