Announce your successful deals to Minnesota Lawyer's influential audience! Behind the Deal provides a forum to showcase mergers, acquisitions, financings, IPOs, divestitures and more. Your accomplishments will appear in print and online, as well as in search, informing the business and legal community of your hard work.

Opportunities include:

Standard Behind the Deal posting: $300. Includes a standard photo, up to 400 characters of text in print for one issue (limit of 8 per page) on the Behind the Deal page, 1,500 characters of text online, plus visibility in a prime location on our website's homepage.
Featured Behind the Deal posting: $850. Includes a large photo, up to 1,500 characters of text in print, company logo, preferred placement in the center of the Behind the Deal page (one per issue), UNLIMITED text online, plus visibility in a prime location on our website's homepage.

Note: Price is per announcement. A new form is needed for each submission.
Behind the Deal publishes online shortly after they are received and in our print in publication. Submissions will be edited for spelling, grammar and style.
