John C. Holden, attorney and founder of Holden Law Firm, has practiced law for nearly four decades. In his practice, he has represented both employees and employers in the Twin Cities and surrounding areas, helping them to resolve complex employment disputes. Holden also resolves issues related to human resources and employment for small businesses and individuals. He has helped employers prevent and respond to employee complaints.

In his practice, Holden assists with employment contracts, non-compete agreements, non-solicitation agreements, executive employment contracts, independent contractor agreements, severance agreements, employment law compliance, employee handbooks, and employment law disputes.

Prior to opening his firm, Holden was an attorney at Canadian Pacific Railway as well as at Northwest Airlines.
