Where a bank paid the full amount of two checks issued to joint payees to one of the two without the consent of the other, the payment constituted conversion under the Uniform Commercial Code, but the plaintiff did not suffer any damages because it was paid the full amount of the debt for which the two checks were security, so summary judgment is reversed and remanded. Judgment is reversed and remanded.
