Where parties in a dispute over the continued validity of an oil and gas lease sought a declaration quieting title to their respective interests in the lease, the District Court properly found that the lease remained valid because production from other areas in the relevant section maintains the lease as to the entire section, so summary judgment for the plaintiff oil and gas company is affirmed. Judgment is affirmed.
