Classic car dealership owner appellant arranged to sell a car on behalf of its owner under a consignment agreement in which appellant would advertise the car for $29,500 and would accept nothing less than $20,000. Appellant sold the car to a buyer in exchange for two trade-in vehicles and cash that, according to the buyer and to documents that appellant created, totaled $29,500 in value. But appellant told the owner that he sold the car for only $20,000, and he paid her based only on that amount. A jury found appellant guilty of .
