Where a farm credit company made a loan that was secured by the consumer’s corn crop and brought a replevin action against the defendant, which received some of the corn, the company was free to sell the corn to a third party at a higher price, and the District Court properly granted summary judgment to the company because its security interest under the Farm Security Act entitled it to proceeds from the delivered corn. Judgment affirmed.
