The Todd County Assessor placed an estimated market value on the property of $397,400. At trial, Respondent’s expert valued the property at $395,000 as of the assessment date. Petitioners maintained the property should be valued at $300,000, as their expert testified. The Tax Court concluded that the property’s value as of January 2, 2009 was $395,000.
