Workers’ Compensation

Work-Related Injuries

Employee appeals the compensation judge’s denial of the employee’s claim that he sustained a work-related injury to his neck/cervical spine when he collided with a vehicle in front of him and was rear ended by another vehicle when driving a company vehicle. The Workers’ Compensation Court of Appeals concluded that substantial evidence supported the compensation judge’s findings and order, as the compensation judge did not abuse her discretion and commit reversable error by admitting into evidence an exhibit inadvertently offered by the employee and which was not used in the compensation judge’s denial of the employee’s claims. Affirmed.
