The Ramsey County Bar Association (RCBA) has announced new leadership. Racey Rodne‘s term as president will begin July 1.
Rodne graduated from Hamline University and Mitchell Hamline School of Law. Rodne is admitted to the Iowa State Bar, as well. Rodne is an enrolled citizen of the Kiowa Tribe of Oklahoma.
Currently, Rodne is partner at McEllistrem, Fargione, Rorvig and Moe P.A., practicing primarily in personal injury law.
His involvement with RCBA stems back a while, with Rodne serving as a board member, a former New Lawyers Section co-chair, and a member of the Diversity Committee. Additionally, Rodne is also a board member of the Minnesota Land Trust and a member of the Minnesota American Indian Bar Association.
“I have been involved with the RCBA since before I was able to practice law,” Rodne said. “The RCBA was and always has been a welcoming community. I have been fortunate enough to participate and have leadership roles within the RCBA’s committees and have routinely found community. I look forward to the opportunity to continuing this tradition of a vibrant and welcoming community.”
For the 2026-2027 bar year, Rodne will serve alongside are Judge Joseph Meyer (president-elect), Sheina Long (vice president), and Sheena Denny (secretary/treasurer). Maya Missaghi will serve as immediate past president. Cheryl Dalby is CEO of the Ramsey County Bar Association, Minnesota State Bar Association, and Hennepin County Bar Association.
