Messick Law, PLLC, founded by B. Steven Messick, focuses on providing creative and highly effective legal solutions to clients in the practice areas of trust and estate litigation, probate and trust administration, elder law, real estate, civil litigation, and family law.

Messick sought a practice focused on the highest quality work product while also prioritizing employee development and wellbeing. He sought to do this by synthesizing the best ideas and systems from his prior practice with new initiatives.

Messick is proud of the team of six attorneys that he has assembled; they are dedicated to the firm’s mission and invested in its growth. Attorneys are empowered to make suggestions about firm improvements, and encouraged to focus on passion projects.

Messick attributes the firm’s culture to following the process outlined in Gino Wickman’s book Traction Get a Grip on Your Business, as there were multiple sessions held to develop the firm’s culture.
