Tom Pack named MSBA president for 2025-2026 term

The Minnesota State Bar Association has announced its 2025-2026 president. will begin a one-year term effective July 1.

Pack is a partner at Faegre Drinker, representing life science companies in complex litigation across the United States. He has a particular focus on disputes.

Additionally, Pack maintains a pro bono practice in civil rights and . He and his teams have secured asylum or other immigration relief for several individuals. Pack also is on the Board of Directors of the National Native American Bar Association, as a citizen of the Cherokee Nation.

Pack graduated from Stanford Law School in 2012. He splits his time between San Francisco, where he resides, and Minneapolis, where he spends a substantial amount of time.

Additional members of the Board of Governors include Kenya Bodden (president-elect), Nicole Kettwick (treasurer), and Sarah Soucie Eyberg (secretary). Brooke Hein joins the Executive Committee as chair of the New Lawyers Section.
