We know that being part of a diverse culture is important to us, to our judicial system and to our clients. We also know that such a culture doesn’t just happen—it must be watered and nurtured. As one of Minnesota Lawyer’s 2017 Diversity & Inclusion honorees, Justice Alan Page, said then, “We can’t sit and wait. We have to do it. We’re not doing this to benefit only minorities.
