To be named one of the Best Family-Led Law Firms, a firm must have at least four attorneys and be based in Minnesota.

Other criteria:

Can demonstrate success in the local legal community through growth in revenue or employees.
Recognized as a best workplace because of employee support programs.
Can show a high level of employee morale.
Is able to demonstrate strong and consistent community engagement.
