Henson Efron announces that attorney Lloyd Stern has joined the firm. Stern is focused on estate planning, estate and trust administration, and mediation/arbitration of contested estates, contract disputes and other civil law matters. Before joining Henson Efron, Lloyd was a Senior Advisor for First Trust Company and the head of U.S. Bank’s Estate Services Group in the Twin Cities for over 18 years.

Eckland & Blando LLP announced the promotion of Vince C. Reuter to Partner and Lara R. Sandberg to Special Counsel of the Firm. Reuter’s practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation, government contracts, federal and state administrative law, and admiralty and maritime law. Sandberg’s practice focuses primarily on litigating and negotiating settlements on claims brought by property owners against the United States under Section 515 of the Housing Act of 1949 and the Tucker Act.

Fredrikson & Byron has elected eight new shareholders: Nikola L. Datzov, Steven R. Kinsella, Katie A. Perleberg, Christopher D. Pham, Joseph J. Schauer, Benjamin R. Tozer, Emily A. Unger and Haley Waller Pitts.

Datzov works in the Minneapolis office and is a member of the Intellectual Property LitigationArtificial Intelligence and Anti-Counterfeiting Groups.

Kinsella works in the Minneapolis office and is a member of the Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Workouts and Litigation Groups.

Perleberg works in the Fargo office and is a member of the Trusts & Estates Group. She works closely with individuals and families to develop a uniquely tailored estate plan that provides for an orderly succession of family assets.

Pham works in the Minneapolis office and is a member of the Sports & EntertainmentLitigationInvestment Management and Securities Litigation Groups

Schauer works in the Minneapolis office and is a member of the Mergers & AcquisitionsPrivate EquitySecurities, and Investment Management Groups.

Tozer works in the Minneapolis office and is a member of the Condemnation & Eminent Domain and Energy Regulation & Permitting Groups.

Unger works in the Minneapolis office and is a member of the Litigation and Trusts & Estates Litigation Groups.
