Julie Nagorski, who practices in DeWitt’s Minneapolis office, has been named partner. Nagorski represents all types of clients, from businesses, to trusts, to families and individuals, with a far-reaching range of needs. She earned her J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School and B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.Also named partners in the firm were Madison, Wisconsin, lawyers Chase Horne and Raluca (Luca) Vais-Ottosen.


Sam Khoroosi has joined the firm of M. Sue Wilson Law Offices. Recently, Khoroosi represented individuals and corporations in various business-litigation matters at Robins Kaplan LLP in Minneapolis. He has also worked for Central Minnesota Legal Services representing clients in family law, administrative, housing, and consumer-protection matters.

Also, Jamie Pahl Briones has joined M. Sue Wilson as an associate attorney. She was recently a law clerk to Judge Nicole A. Engisch in Hennepin County.


Amie E. Penny Sayler has been elected to shareholder of Bassford Remele. Penny Sayler graduated summa cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law. She served as Justice Christopher J. Dietzen’s law clerk at the Minnesota Supreme Court.
