Mara Brust is a shareholder and trial lawyer at Hall Law where she has practiced since 2017. Her practice focuses on complex personal injury matters, including brain injuries, catastrophic injuries, car and truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, farm accidents, sexual abuse and wrongful death cases.
Brust earned her Bachelor of Arts summa cum laude in journalism, broadcasting and mass communication technologies from North Dakota State University and her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served on the editorial and article review boards of the Virginia Journal of Social Policy and the Law.
Notable results include a $6.7 million foot injury verdict in Minneapolis and a $1 million brain injury settlement, among numerous other seven-figure recoveries across Minnesota and North Dakota. Brust serves on the executive committee of the board of governors of the Minnesota Association of Justice and is a member of the North Dakota Association of Justice, the Stearns-Benton County Bar Association and the John E. Simonett Chapter of the American Inns of Court. She is licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
