Jenny Gassman-Pines is an attorney at Greene Espel PLLP where she focuses on complex commercial litigation, employment disputes, and antitrust matters.
Gassman-Pines represents Fortune 500 corporations in high-stakes business disputes, defending discrimination claims, conducting internal investigations into workplace misconduct, and representing executives through employment transitions. In the past year, she led her team to a complete defense verdict in a two-week discrimination jury trial in Minnesota state court and served as lead appellate counsel in a precedent-setting victory before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
She is a co-founder of Greene Espel’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practice, and has represented survivors of sexual assault and relational abuse in Title IX proceedings and subsequent litigation.
