Listen to this articleWhere a defendant indicted on charges of being an illegal alien in possession of a firearm challenged the constitutionality of the statute, Second Amendment protections do not extent to aliens illegally in the country, so the District Court properly denied the motion to dismiss the indictment. Judgment is affirmed.
