A story in the Rochester Post-Bulletin concerning former GOP Secretary of State candidate Dennis Nguyen contained one little-noted detail regarding Nguyen's relationship with Rochester Republican state Sen. Dave Senjem.

The Rochester Post Bulletin has endorsed DFL Senate Candidate Judy Ohly for the Senate District 25 seat currently held by GOP Senate Majority Leader Dave Senjem. The paper has endorsed Senjem in the past, but cites frustration with Senjem's inability to pass funding for repairs and an expansion of the civic center in Rochester.

The State of Minnesota has rescinded its decision to terminate The UpTake's lease in the Capitol press room. The non-profit news organization's effort to lease additional space, however, is on hold while the Minnesota Department of Administration undertakes a review of all media lease agreements.
