Pollsters from Public Opinion Strategies say recent polls reflect the animosity felt among Americans toward the political system.

According to the poll released Wednesday evening, 65 percent of Minnesotans support Gov. Mark Dayton’s plan to hike income taxes by 2 percent on the wealthiest 2 percent of Minnesotans. Only 30 percent polled opposed the move.
