Overheard at the Capitol: No current legislators for Dayton cabinet?

The speculation about state agency appointments by the Mark Dayton administration has included the names of a number of sitting legislators -- people like Rep. Tom Huntley of Duluth, who was rumored to be under consideration for the Minnesota Department of Health post to which Edward Ehlinger was named last Friday, and Sen. Linda Berglin of Minneapolis, who has been mentioned as a possible Department of Human Services commissioner.
