Association of Minnesota Counties names new top executive
Jeff Spartz, a former Hennepin County commissioner, has been named executive director of the Association of Minnesota Counties. Spartz's resume also includes serving as the head administrator for Hennepin County and the Hennepin County Medical Center. Currently he is the top official in Lane County, Oregon.
