Madia solicits money for Missouri congressional challenger

Ashwin Madia, who lost a 2008 bid for an open House seat in Minnesota's Third Congressional District, is raising funds for a congressional challenger in Missouri. Madia sent out an email solicitation to supporters this morning on behalf of Tommy Sowers, an Iraq War veteran who is seeking to oust seven-term incumbent Jo Ann Emerson.
