Goodwin won’t campaign for Senate seat if Chaudhary holds onto endorsement

Former state Rep. Barb Goodwin said during an Almanac interview she won't campaign in the Senate District 50 DFL primary if the incumbent Sen. Satveer Chaudhary holds on to his endorsement. SD 50 DFLers will meet Monday to consider revoking Chaudhary's endorsement over a controversy in which the three-term senator had special fishing regulations inserted into legislation that apply to a lake where he owns a cabin.
