Among his notable matters, Keane served as eminent domain and real estate counsel for the land assembly supporting the Target Field ballpark project. He also serves as a condemnation commissioner for Hennepin County District Court.

From a $261 million construction loan for a 37-story mixed-use tower in Minneapolis to a $250 million multistate financing transaction for a national real estate investment trust, David Meyer’s portfolio reflects the full scale of modern commercial real estate law. A partner at Dorsey & Whitney LLP in Minneapolis, Meyer concentrates his practice in real estate and commercial lending, representing developers, sellers, purchasers, asset managers, landlords and tenants across the spectrum of office, industrial, residential and retail properties.

Meyer also represents lenders in local, regional and multistate credit transactions, including construction and term loans, revolving credit facilities and loan workouts. His representative matters include restructuring loans exceeding $400 million and serving as lead counsel for national retailers on revolving credit and refinancing transactions.

Marcus Mollison’s legal career spans both sides of the deal table — from in-house executive counsel to outside general counsel — giving him a perspective on real estate and construction transactions that few attorneys can match. A partner at Dorsey & Whitney LLP in Minneapolis, Mollison co-chairs the firm’s Real Estate and Land Use Practice Group and its Development and Infrastructure Industry Group.
His representative matters include a $100 million downtown Minneapolis hotel and condominium complex involving historic renovation and more than $10 million in tax increment financing, and negotiation of design/build and construction contracts exceeding $1.5 billion nationally.
Mollison is a fellow in both the American College of Real Estate Attorneys and the Construction Lawyers Society of America and holds certification as a Real Property Law Specialist from the Minnesota State Bar Association.
