A jury found appellant guilty of first-degree burglary based on evidence that he climbed through a window of an apartment and stole a purse. On appeal, appellant argued that the District Court erred by dismissing a prospective juror for cause because the reason for her dismissal, dishonesty, was not a valid basis of a for-cause challenge. The Court of Appeals accepted the state’s premise that evidence of dishonesty may allow a District Court to infer, as a factual matter, the existence of bias. Affirmed.
