Ramsey County Attorney John Choi has appointed Kyle M. Thomas to serve as the new director of the civil division for the Ramsey County attorney’s office. Before his appointment, Thomas served as corporate counsel for Home Services of America Inc., an affiliate of Berkshire Hathaway and parent company of Edina Realty.
