Petitioner moved the court to exclude from evidence in this matter any appraisal or expert testimony that county may offer from a proposed expert on the grounds that the county failed to fully comply with the court’s scheduling order concerning timely disclosure of expert witnesses. County opposed the motion. The Tax Court denied the motion.
