Suspension
- Steven Prince is suspended from the practice of law for a minimum of 60 days and shall pay $900 for conduct that included mishandling fees, dropping client communication, practicing law while under suspension, failing to timely respond to discovery requests, failing to comply with court orders, and failing to cooperate with disciplinary investigations.
Reinstatement
Marcus Anton Jarvis was conditionally reinstated to the practice of law and placed on probation for a period of two years.
