Brent E. Lindberg was suspended from the practice of law Oct. 11 for a minimum of 60 days in a reciprocal disciplinary hearing after his conviction of a drug offense in Kansas.

Matthew B. Newman was indefinitely suspended from the practice of law Oct. 11, with no right to petition for reinstatement for six months, for neglecting a client and failing to cooperate with disciplinary investigations.

Jason Mario Bruno was reinstated Oct. 17 to the practice of law and placed on probation for two years.

Zaylore S. Stout was publicly reprimanded Oct. 19 for failing to diligently represent a client.

Kenneth E. Keate was suspended from the practice of law Oct. 19 for a minimum of 45 days for making misleading statements to the bankruptcy court.

D. Gregory Mulligan was indefinitely suspended from the practice of law Oct. 19, with no right to petition for reinstatement for 90 days, for failing to comply with terms of his disciplinary probation and failing to cooperate with the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility.
