Protective Orders
In this matter concerning the market value of the real property of a private yacht club, petitioner moved for a protective order limiting the manner in which the county could use allegedly proprietary information the county requested through discovery. Agreeing with petitioner that that it had treated in a confidential manner the financial data sought by the county and that petitioner might be harmed were the data to be disseminated to its competitors, the Tax Court granted the motion.
