Bankruptcy
Jurisdiction
Lien Validity
Where defendants in an adversary proceeding brought in bankruptcy court by debtors sought to challenge the judgment against the debtors by arguing state law fraud and whether the defendant-appellee holds a lien on their property, the bankruptcy court had no jurisdiction over the dispute, so the appellate panel could not consider the merits of the matter. Remanded.
