In the Hopper: Sexual harassment; felons voting; protecting cops

Rep. Erin Murphy, DFL-St. Paul, wants a citizen’s panel to assess sexual harassment complaints at the Capitol and make recommendations for remedying them to the House and Senate Ethics Committees.
