Collateral Estoppel
Where appellant challenged the bankruptcy court’s holding that its claim was not nondischargeable, the judgment is affirmed because the appellant failed to establish that the debtor willfully caused injury, and there was insufficient evidence that the debtor’s actions in filing a lien were malicious under Section 523(a)(6).
