Gorshetyn, Boris A.: Respondent is suspended from the practice of law and granted one year to respond to the petition for disciplinary action.

Hulstrand Jr., George E.: Respondent is temporarily suspended from the practice of law pending final resolution of his matter.

Kennedy, Duane A.: Respondent is suspended for a minimum of 30 days followed by supervised probation for two years. This is the third time respondent has violated the terms of his disciplinary probation by committing additional acts of professional misconduct.

Padden, Michael Brady: Respondent is publicly reprimanded pursuant to stipulation of the parties.
