Bradley W. Engelsma
Kraus-Anderson announced it has hired Bradley W. Engelsma as associate general counsel. He will be involved in managing legal matters for all Kraus-Anderson business entities.
Engelsma comes to KA from Faegre Baker Daniels LLP in Minneapolis. He earned his B.A. from Colgate University and his law degree from Northwestern University School of Law.
Kelsey Daniels
The Wyoming, Minnesota law firm of Miller & Stevens has added Patrick Doran and Kelsey Daniels as associates. Doran is a graduate of William Mitchell College of law, now Mitchell Hamline, and practices in all areas of civil litigation. Daniels also is a graduate of William Mitchell College of Law, now Mitchell Hamline and practices in family, criminal and civil cases.

Heidi J.K. Fessler has joined Barnes & Thornburg in Minneapolis as of counsel in the litigation and ediscovery, data and document management practice group. She is a 1991 graduate of Rutgers University School of Law.
Intellectual property law firm Merchant & Gould recently hired attorney and M.D. Scott M. Smith for
the firm’s medical devices practice group. Smith, has industry experience in several successful Silicon Valley medical device companies and is now resident in the firm’s Minneapolis and Silicon Valley offices.
