Caroline A. Bussey and Sarah E. Doerr have been elected shareholders at Moss & Barnett, the Minneapolis firm said in an announcement.
Bussey is a member of the firm’s real estate practice area, where she represents landlords, tenants, and lenders on a wide range of leasing and financing transactions. She received her law degree from the University of St. Thomas School of Law and her B.A. from Boston College.
Doerr is a member of the firm’s creditors’ remedies and bankruptcy practice area. She has experience in both individual and commercial bankruptcy matters and represents secured and unsecured creditors, as well as debtors. Doerr received her law degree from the University of Michigan Law School and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Carleton College.
