Gray Plant Mooty has announced the hire of three attorneys in the firm’s Minneapolis office.
Sam Sigelman joins the firm’s Banking & Financial Services Practice Group as a principal. Sigelman focuses on banking and lending issues, including workouts, litigation, and receiverships. A former president of the Hamline University School of Law Alumni Board, Sigelman previously practiced at Lindquist & Vennum LLP.
Neil Goldsmith joins the firm’s Labor, Employment & Higher Education Practice Group as an associate. Goldsmith advises employers on labor relations issues and handles complex litigation before federal courts and administrative agencies nationwide. In addition to his legal practice, Goldsmith, who previously practiced at Littler Mendelson, serves as an adjunct professor at Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
Edward Tully joins the firm’s Trust, Estate & Charitable Planning Practice Group as an associate, where he focuses on of estate planning, trust administration, business planning matters, and corporate law. He previously practiced at Lathrop & Gage LLP.
