CIVIL PRACTICE Standing; Motion To Intervene; Sewer District Dissolution

 

Where county voters voted to dissolve a sewer district, and the government filed an action to enjoin the dissolution, the District Court denied a motion to intervene brought by a voter representative group because the court properly found that the group lacked Article III standing.

Judgment is affirmed.
