SENTENCING Supervised Release; Revocation

 

Where a defendant challenged his sentence following the revocation of his supervised release, the record showed that the district court deviated upward from the guidelines sentencing range after considering all relevant factors including the probation officer’s recommendation, and the defendant did not show that the sentence was substantively unreasonable. Judgment is affirmed.
