Probation Revocation Inexcusable Violations

Appellant challenged the District Court’s decision to revoke the stay of execution on his sentence. Appellant’s probation was revoked after he failed to complete sex-offender treatment, failed to complete transitional housing, and failed to keep probation informed of his residence. The Court of Appeals concluded that the probation violation hearing transcript contained ample support for its conclusion that appellant’s violations were inexcusable. Affirmed.
