Where an immigrant from India challenged the denial of his application for asylum and withholding of removal and also challenged the rejection of his claim of ineffective assistance of counsel, the immigration judge’s adverse credibility finding was based on substantial evidence and all of his claims were based on the same discredited testimony, so the adverse credibility finding was fatal to all three claims for relief from removal, and the petitioner also failed to show that one missing hospital record would have swayed the immigration judge to establish that he was prejudiced by the performance of counsel. Petition denied.
