Where substantial evidence supported the Board of Immigration Appeals’ decision that an immigrant from Kenya falsely claimed citizenship on a Form I-9, the immigrant was ineligible for an adjustment of status, and his petition for review of the dismissal of his appeal from an order of removal is denied
