Where a native of Mexico who became a lawful permanent U.S. resident had a conviction for obstruction of legal process, the Board of Immigration erred in upholding the immigration judge’s decision that the crime was a crime of violence and therefore an aggravated felony requiring removal, so the immigrant’s petition for review is granted and the order of removal is vacated, but the issue of whether a crime of moral turpitude required removal should be resolved on remand. Petition granted; vacated; remanded.
