Where a medical center sought reimbursement from its insurer under an extra expense provision for the costs to repair and relocate an MRI machine after a tornado destroyed their property, summary judgment for the medical center is affirmed because the claimed expenses met the definition of extra expenses in the policy language, and the policy did not specifically exclude coverage under the extra expense provision if the expenses happen to fall under another coverage in the policy. Judgment is affirmed.
