Where an Arkansas plaintiff who was blinded in one eye when he attached an oxygen tank to a welder brought a diversity action against the manufacturer of the pressure regulator and several John Doe defendants, dismissal of the action is affirmed because the three-year statute of limitations applied to his product liability claim, and tolling did not apply to the claim against the manufacturer, and the claims against the John Doe defendants were properly dismissed because they were irrelevant to the merits of the case. Judgment is affirmed.
