Sentencing – Enhancement; Previous Conviction

 

 

Where a defendant was convicted of manslaughter in Guam and the conviction required only a reckless mental state rather than an intentional one, the conviction still qualified as a crime of violence to support a 16-level sentencing enhancement. Judgment is affirmed.
