Where a defendant challenged his sentence for being a felon in possession of a gun, the sentence was within the advisory range so is presumed to be substantively reasonable, and the defendant did not show that the district court placed undue weight on the circumstances of his offense or that the court ignored mitigating factors. Judgment is affirmed.
