Sentencing – Dispositional Departures

Appellant challenged his prison sentence for second-degree criminal sexual conduct, arguing that a dispositional departure was warranted. The Court of Appeals affirmed the District Court’s imposition of the presumptive sentence under the Minnesota Sentencing Guidelines. Affirmed.
